If you deny a CLI from Capital One (or anyone really) how soon again can you request a CLI?  Is it like a next day, week, month thing?  Certainly you don't have to wait the full 6 months.  Has anyone tried a technique of requesting one frequently (be it every few weeks or what have you) and simply keep denying it until it's whatever you're looking for?  I'm wondering if multiple or repeated denials in this case would in any way be a bad look or hold you back from future favorable CLI offers?
