Thats awesome! Congrats! They transitioned my Platinum MasterCard to the Quicksilver card after a quick chat with them.

Now to try and get them to give me a CLI. Thats going to be tough

Seems like we're in a similar boat with CO. I'm happy about my platinum being transitioned but why not an increase to go along with it...
