I opened my Care Credit account in May and was instantly approved for $6K -- that's all I requested. I just used it for the first time on dental work resulting in $2.8K of spending. This hurt my credit utilization so I deceded to ask for an increase via the website. However, first I did a live chat and the representitive assured me they do not do hard pulls for CLIs. I asked for $16K but was instantly approved for $15K! My TU score on the website shows 708. I hope this is helpful for someone!
