You have to google synchrony financial it is a new site login, that is where I seen the chat login, no hard pull as of yet either..

Was that a HP or a SP on that increase????.. Usually Carecredit is a definite HP while all other Synch cards are SP.

I got a SP CLI few weeks ago from 3k to 7k...100% SP ! I monitor my reports daily !

Good info on the chart button. I will be "priming" my reports this coming spring and I'm going for cli's on ALL my accounts, including my Care Credit.

Soft pull, been waiting on an alert ...but nothing..
Glad about it being a soft pull...google synchrony financial care credit login in and you will see chat upper right corner..

Same here, logged in the MySynchrony account and don't see it, but maybe it is because it is Sunday?  If someone sees it right now, maybe they can throw up a screen shot to show where to find it? TIA!
