Care Credit + Recon with Data Points

So I applied back in May and was denied instantly.  Applied yesterday and was given $5,000.  Given the things coming up this year- braces for a child, plus some misc dental work for myself....Called today and asked for a recon- really easy process.

Place on hold, then verify who I am with a text message, hold again- gee should I be concerned....must have high fraud I am thinking at this time-   you know the standard thoughts when waiting for approval of something with mediocre credit LOL.....

Total time on the phone, 8 minutes, BAM $12,000 

Fico 8 as of 10/20  EQ 661  TU 688 EX 678

I have built up so much dang credit this year....I am really happy on how 2017 has gone for me!!!

Sweet job looks like 12k is Syncs new answer to many of care credit prayers recently.

This seems how things work with synchrony sometimes.

You get turned down at first and then a couple of months later they bring on an approval for you.

Nice effort too getting a boost on this approval.

Thanks.  It does seem to be par for the course for them, I tried walmart today and got it too.  Should have done it yesterday, but brain farted that they were both Sync LOL.

After reading this thread, I requested CLIs on my Snych cards: $0 balance on all
Care Credit SL$6000 to $8000 (asked for $10k, countered with 8k)
Wal-Mart $3500 to $5000 (only asked for a $1500 increase)
Amazon $3500 to $5000 (same as above)
Belk $5000 to $6500 (same as above)
Didn't want to push it too far. Current scores are: Ex. 678, Tu. 672, Eq. 687
