CareCredit Denial Recon Successful

A few weeks back I came across another user that said they successfully did a recon for CareCredit. I attempted today and it was approved with a SL $1.8k. The reason for denial was "unable to verify identity". Come to find out Synchrony is using a new application system and it spelled out my abbreviated street from CRT to Court. I called the number I originally used to complete the app. I asked for a supervisor and was transferred. The process took about an hour. 

Here are some data points: BK CH7 discharged 8/18. Have some smaller limit cards and many lates still reporting prior to filing. My scores are all around 650 at the moment and my income is $75K.
