What are my chances for the card?
I have many pre-qualified letters from Citi for other cards

Have you by any chance use the Citi prequal tool to see if anything comes back? That can give you a good indication on what you can expect even if the Citi card does not pop up.

Yes, Citi Rewards and Premire at 15.99%

I honestly think you're sitting pretty good on getting the Costco card with those two results and a solid APR to boot.

What is your status with applications for the past year and past two years if any?

Approved with low rates and even AMEX lowered my APR to 15.99%

The only concern I have then is your income but I think once they pull your reports and see your experience with large credit lines they will see past that. I'm trying to find datapoints for you regarding that but no luck so far on my end.

I'd wait to see if anyone else has datapoints to share regarding this but I think you have a good shot getting approved.

Got approved for $1200 not a lot, but it's ok
Also got a offer for the executive card, $60 back with the approval of the card, means 4% in Costco in theory

Congrats there! Sorry to hear about the SL but at least you can request a SP CLI at three months I believe and every six months after that. HP increases are also possible.
