I initially got the "we need more time to process application" message. Can't remember the exact message specifically. A few hours later though the new account populated in my chase banking login. They never asked me for any follow up information.

Good luck to you! The way I have it planned out is that in another 6 months I should be under 5/24 again and plan to app for the CSP to complete my wishlist of Chase cards.
