As far as your inquiry removal goes, it's two years . They are not scorable after a year, though.
You mentioned your oldest account is 16 months old, so unless inq was for something else prior to first CC app, you have 8-9 months left depending on CRA before it's completely gone.

Since your AAOA is a year and both your Chase cards were approved within a short timeframe, I would garden for at least 6 months to minimize any potential AA.
