Chase Freedom Approval...Yes Please and Thank You!

Back story:  We are putting a new roof on the haus, got the materials quote, cash made no difference in pricing with the supplier but not a bad deal so done like dinner.  Now, how can I maximize rewards being that a CC is the same price and it would be paid off as the cash is in hand?  Cue myself, red eyed, 1am, husband asking "Are you ok???"  Respond with "Yes I'm fine, shhhh...*twitch."

All things considered, the Chase Freedom had the $200 offer, 14.99%, and 0% for 15 months purchases/BT (no matter on the APR/BT but you never know).  However, my anxiety stems from I had just applied and was approved for the Chase IHG Premier card on 03/01/2020...CSP 09/13?/2019...too soon?  Stare at the screen, cue "crazy house" begins bubbling: dog needs to be fed, kids need to get up so I can play trombone/science/math/life teacher...screw it, hit submit!

Congratulations!  Your application has been approved! (i'm sorry for no screen shot, I was in shock). Your limit is $21,300 :-)  Yes please and thank you Sir Chase!

It has been a "goal card," but I don't like chasing SUB's unless it's normal spend and had planned to wait until Aug/Sept for my shiny new gardening spades. No "regerts' though!!!

EDIT: 4/24 at time of approval, single EX HP 758 so far (5/29 update: remains one EX HP), no negatives, AOoA 14 years, AAoA 2.5 years-ish, terms as expected in offer mentioned above, UTI <1%.
