I've been reading this forum ever since I got my first credit card with Discover ( Discover IT Student) 7 months ago (September 2015).
After 6 months I received my first fico score (738) on the Discover site and I decided to apply for a new card.
I was immediatly approved for BofA Cash rewards card and after a month of using it I decided to apply for the Chase Freedom card.
When I applied I wasn't approved on the spot but I got a message to call them. When I called the guy that answered said they just wanted to verify my identity and he told me I was approved with a $2,500 limit.
I just got my card in the mail and I am very happy
Congrats and welcome to the forum
Congratulations. Welcome to the Chase family!

Congrats, and how long did it take to receive it. I have been waiting for 11 days and still have not gotten it. I asked in my own post before seeing this one. I can't wait. lol.
