Well.. I was supposed to be gardening after my recent approvals but I noticed I got pre-qualified offers from Chase on their Credit Journey report tracker.
I couldn't resist the urge to apply for the Freedom knowing that if a pre-approval showed up from Chase with a solid APR, then the odds were good.
Applied at night and got the 30 day message. Woke up in the morning to call the app status line and was automatically transferred to CS representative. They just needed to verify info and I was approved for $1,500 on the spot! Happy to finally have a CHASE card!
