Amid all of the news about Chase allowing soft pulls for CLIs (though I was denied), there was also a bit about current bonus offers on Chase cards getting lowered next weekend on March 19. This pushed up my personal schedule to get a CFU with the 5x grocery bonus by a few weeks, though I was nervous given I missed out on the soft pull CLI just a few days ago.
Anyway, I got an instant approval for the CFU today, with a healthy (but not totally wild) $4000 SL.
Like my CFF approval, they pulled Transunion (no idea of the FICO hit yet; CK shows 2pt hit) and Experian (3pt hit on Experian App).
Question: I thought I should be able to add this card to Apple Pay instantly? It's not working for me in the Chase app. Called customer service and they said because it's a Saturday app, Apple Pay might not pop up until Monday; is this normal? Thanks!
Congratulations on your Chase Freedom Unlimited New card Approval!
Can't answer about the apple thing, but nice SL and card, congratulations on your Chase approval!
congrats on the approval
Congratulations on your CFU approval!
Congrats on your CFU. It is a great catch all card if you use the portal via a Sapphire card. Still good without. You can always hoard points until you get your CSP.
Congratulations on your approval @CitizenHobbes
I had to wait until my card was delivered before adding it to apple wallet.
Congratulations New card Approval!
Congrats on your CFU approval. Hopefully, you can get an sp cli later on this year as well.
Congratulations on your approval!
