Chase Freedom Unlimited Approval

After knocking off my last bogus derog, applied and got instantly approved for a Chase Freedom Unlimited.
SL $6,700
750-780 for the three scores FICO 08
Other cards just over a year open with 1% util reporting. This is almost double my total limit and I am at 4/24.
The rep on the phone said I could go for the Freedom today as well without any auto denials or restrictions, but I’m not sure if I’m feeling lucky with the way Chase has been closing accounts.

The current offer is 3% for a full year or up to $20k--whichever comes first.
