You were six minutes behind @Allzero please quit looking at gold coins and quit your day job if you still have one. It is really interfering with your ability to hack it here.
Congrats!!!

I called recon right after getting denied, talked to a credit analyst, and was told I would likely get a decision within 48 hours. Robolady was giving the 30-day notice.
I called again today, 6 days later, and asked nicely if there was anything else they needed from me to process the application. I was put on an epic 45-minute hold and the next person who picked up said they simply needed to confirm that I "selected the Freedom card as the card I wanted to apply for." I said yes, they ran it through the algorithm again, and I was approved on the spot for a $1k starting limit!
I'm now at 5/24, so I'm gardening until July, 2021 when a 5/24 slot will open up and I can apply for the CFU. Then, when it makes sense after that, I plan to get a CSP and complete the trifecta.
I only have 8 months of credit history, so let this be a DP that you do NOT need a year of credit history to end up getting a Chase card!
Congratulations on getting a Chase card. A very daunting task with a short credit history in this tough environment.
Congratulations on your approval!

Glad to hear that! I typically spend $1-2k monthly on credit cards and PIF as soon as the transaction clears, so I can put a high spend volume through to hopefully trigger an auto-CLI. I'm glad to see your DP, because supposedly Chase "never" gives an auto CLI and a CLI request is a hard pull.
always pay with your chase checking account because the limit will be available immediately while the transaction still pending
