It shows.
I exercised some strategy today (i hope if it pans out) by closing my Freedom card and moving that limit into the CSP in anticipation of going for the Marriot myself sometime. We'll see if it helps or not.

You don't like the 80k points for $3k spend? This is just by going to the Marriott site and following the bold link... Congratulations to OP!
Thanks everyone. I hope it gets here soon. I want to get started on that bonus.

Not really. I'm hoping this comes back around:
* 70,000 bonus points after spending $1k in 3 months
* 1 Free Night E-Certificate for a category 1-4 hotel upon approval
* 15 nights credit towards elite status which is enough for automatic Silver Status
* Free category 1-5 night stay annually at anniversary
@* Earn 5 points/dollar @ Marriott
* Earn 2 points/dollar on airline tickets, car rentals, & restaurants (see terms)
* Annual fee WAIVED 1st year then $85 annually
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!
Congratulations on your brand sparkly new Marriott card!

The real big difference between the 70k offer and the 80k offer besides the spend goal to achieve it. 1k vs 3k. But the 80k offer does not waive the AF where as the 70k offer with 1k spend has no AF at least for first year.
Nice approval,, congrats
