I was recently approved for the CSP with a limit of $7,200. I'm so happy!
I applied when I saw a pre-qualification offer when I logged into my Chase portal. I couldn't resist because I was traveling abroad for the summer. I was rather surprised I was even approved because my very first credit card (Chase Freedom) was only 7 months old. I started with $500 limit that was increased to $2,000 at 6 months. My TU score when I applied for the CSP was 710.
I also have Amex ED card with $4,000. I applied for my Amex ED card a month before I applied for CSP, but Amex didn't report my card to the bureaus until a few days ago though.
