I believe it does, but you can't combine points from other UR earning cards, and you won't get the 25% bonus.

If I understand correctly, the real benefits from having the Sapphire Preferred come from it being paired with the Freedom Flex and/or the Freedom Unlimited. I believe those two card typically earn more points per dollar spent, but the Sapphire Preferred is better at maximizing redemptions from those two cards.
Not only that, but you can also transfer/combine points from family members under the same roof's chase cards to your UR bank. DH has the FF, so getting this just opened up the UR platform so we can start redeeming. ☺️

Seems high for someone with an AAoA 3 yrs 5 mos, but maybe UTI & DTI is playing a part? UTI is under 1% and DTI is 27%.
Nah Chase doesnt make those kinds of mistakes, that would likely happen from some overburdened CU. Keeping your reported revolving balances low in relation to overall CL (Income in there too) is what they look at the most and this isnt just for Chase.
