hmmm...the OP mentioned that the Ink Business card doesnt count for 5/24 but I remember reading somewhere that recently Chase changed it to be included in the 5/25 tally. Could anyone clarify this? Would like to get at least 1 business card to well...separate my business expenses but I'm at 3/24 right now. Do not want to use one of my slots the Ink when it could be another Chase card that I want like the Hyatt or CSP.

Business cards have two situations under 5/24, so they are sometimes misunderstood:
- When APPLYING for a business card, you still must not exceed 5/24 for approval.
- Once you HOLD a business card, it does NOT count against your 5/24.
So if you were applying at 3/24 for the INK as your next card, you should get it barring other underwriting reasons. Then, you could still get approved for up to two more Chase cards as long as you didn't apply anywhere else first.
Yes, Chase has changed 5/24 a few times from what I've read about it and made it much more strict than it once was. I think when they first started it, you could be over 5/24 and still get approved for a new business card, but that is no longer the case.
