I have been reading up a lot on this forum regarding
The Sapphire Reserve
Some data points:
Tons of student loans
Credit card utilization under 11%
Fico8 Experian 751, TU 747 and Equifax 739
Income ~200k
Banking with Chase for 9 months
And my car lease is with them for almost two and a half year now.
I went to the branch and applied there! Instant approval for $36700.
Congrats on the approval and MONSTER SL!
Those are quite interesting DPs and speak a lot to two factors:
(1) Relationship with Chase
(2) Applying in branch
I got the CSR last year.
I was approved for $35K SL, which I thought was fairly high.
I haven't seen too many approvals even at $35K, much less above!
In contrast, you would have thought my DPs would justify a higher SL.
However, I did not have the banking relationship and I applied online.
I recently have become more aware of how important banking
relationship is with Bank of America.
Apparently, the same is true to some degree with Chase!
Well played!
MY Data Points at time of $35K approval:
Credit card utilization under 01%
Only debt a mortgage and small car loan (with another bank)
Fico8 scores all over 800
Income ~350k
No banking with Chase
Chase credit card customer for 19+ years
Man, that SL is extraordinary!
Don't break out this to often, but it kinda fits your approval ..A Job Well Done .Congrats!!!
Whats the address of the branch you went to?
Congrats !
