Remember that Chase had such an overwhelming response to the CSR that they ran out of metal cards and went to plastic. They claim to be loosing money on the product. Somewhere the budget has to be balanced
APRs keep heading north. I remember back in 2015 when I got mine (started as a CSP) the APR was 15.99%. Now I am up to 17.24%.

It's due to the prime rate increasing, and it affects all cards from all companies that price APR based on prime rate.
