Congratulations on the approval! I took your advice (after receiving the 30 day notice), called their verification line and spoke with a lending officer. She said at this time they wouldn't be able to approve me for this product because of an old collection account from 5 years ago for $700 (for an apartment complex might I add...) I found it hilarious and thanked her for her time.
