Chase United Infinite Approval After Recon

I am 2/24 on paper, but just app spreed recently, so lol at inquiries now, and will be 7/24 after this one and the others hit.  But anyway, here are the deets:

• Initially declined bc of INQs and high usage even though I PIF, I don't always get it before the statement cuts 
• Experian and Equifax are both also out of date for balances bc Amex's systems were down, so Sept hasn't reported on two big balances 
• I called the recon line and explained the situation.  She was able to check my deposits and payments through my sapphire checking to see that a) my income was correct (700k+/yr) and that payments were made matching the balances on my reports 
• Went through verification to ensure it was me, and then was approved
• 20,000 SL 
• I am a 1K on United, but I honestly don't think that matters at all
• 770 on Experian now bc of the balances not reporting and showing 19% util even though that is out of date
