Citi $8k and Discover $6k soft CLIs!

I haven't hit the CLI buttons for a while and I'm also gardening to get under 5/24 so I had a look at my Citi Prestige and saw that it was offering me the chance to try for a CLI with no credit report... instant $8k increase. Then had a look at Discover, haven't hit that for a while either, instant $6k increase with no pull! An extra $14k of credit with no pulls!
