Due to changes coming to Delta I decided to look into changing airline loyalty and applied for the Citi® / AAdvantage Executive World Elite Mastercard. Was instantly approved with a $24,000 starting line and the card was overnighted via UPS. Super happy about the high starting line and much easier to get status with spend compared to Delta's new rule. Citi pulled only EXP (733). 3 new cards in the last 3 months. 11 EXP inquiries last 12 months. (5 falling off this month as I purchased a vehicle a year ago).
