Hi all, I woke up to some luv from Citi this morning. I haven't been using this card at all in the past few months. This account has been reporting zero balance. Yesterday, I put $1.75 on it and received this CLI from $6500 to $9000 the very next morning. My scores have dipped from opening few new accounts this month (and will be for the next few months) so it's an unexpected surprise I thought I'd share...
