Opened a Citi AAD back in Late January/Early February. After 6 months I requested a CLI but was denied because of "too many recent inquiries" My CLI request for my Citi DC went off without a hitch, so I wasn't sure on why I was denied on the Citi AAD. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that Citi raised my CL by $2K on the AAD card unbeknownst to me. Account has been never late and I use this card regularly. The question that I have is why did Citi have a change of heart? In this environment you would think they would be a little tighter with giving a CLI.
