JNA1 for myself over the years I have found Citi Bank has been my lowest starting credit limits. They have been good about letting me in on the latest and greatest but are slow to warm up to my profile?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the fact that I was 2/6 and 4/12 for new CC accounts last time and 0/6 and 2/12 this time probably made the difference. I do have a couple more EX INQs though - 4 last time, 6 this time, one of which was theirs from June. 

My score was actually slightly higher last time, but I dropped a few points when the new car loan started reporting in July.
