I applied for the Custom Cash card over the phone on 6/12/2021 and was told they couldn't verify me. The CSR said he could process the app as far as he could and will be sending me a letter. Well, I received the letter today and provided the ref #. Verified that I indeed applied for the card. Five mins later got approved with SL $1500. They pulled my EQ but couldn't tell me my score. For DP's, I was approved for the DC on 5/16 with a SL $500 and EQ 694. My EQ score as of 5/25 on Citi app is 690.
