My inability to get a Citi pre-approval really bugged me So, unable to sleep, I threw caution to the wind and cold-apped for the Double Cash card. I was pleasantly surprised to get an instant approval with an initial credit line of $8,600.
I'm absolutely done applying for the foreseeable future...Three approvals for almost $33K in one weekend is sufficient. Now I need to find my way to the garden.
HA...might as well let my insomnia work for me

That card is a hard nut to crack and you did it right! Congratulations!

Thanks; now I need only Barclays to complete the collection of major issuers. But I'll garden for at least a year since Barclays is really skittish about new accounts and inquiries.
