Citi DC SP CLI - Very Little Usage

My Citi Double Cash has seen very little usage over the past few months.   However, I may have some use for this in the future, so it's always good to keep good terms.   I decided to hit the LUV button yet again.   My last CLI was some time in late January, when I went to $6,400.   And today...
