Since then, my usage of the card has increased from zero to a few hundred a month (always PIF) and my scores are up a little. It would be easy to blame COVID, but I don't think that's it because Citi gave me a $3k CLI on a different card in November. My total exposure with them is just under $20k and I think my profile can support a lot more, so I doubt that's the issue.
Oh well. It's better than a denial.
