Congrats, and that's a superb SL indeed for Double Cash. They must like you.
I see a lot of people saying this is a really good sl for this card. While I agree , the question I have is it the card or Citi that is the surprise? I have the citi diamond too & it is 1 1/2 yrs & is at 9100. I’ve only used it 2 times but they always give me a soft pull or auto increase every 6 months.

It is the Card
Most get less than 12k as a starting limit, even with good income and excellent credit scores. My guess is your history with another card played a roll in the excellent SL. Yes they are good about SP CLI every 6 months but your starting is better than the average posted in this forum. It was my first card with Citi however with a true 850 Fico and 140k+ income I started at $8,500.
Thank you Kforse for all the info. Yes I think you are right about another card as I have Best Buy visa at $7700 & also Home Depot at 6500 besides the diamond perfered card. So iit probably is my history with them .
Congrats! What is the HP on the card just wondering? I am hoping the remove the second HP.
I started at 3something and only got to 5k on my first SP CLI request so yes. its the SL on that card thats surprising people.. alot of us got uhm.. lowball limits with DC
