Citi Double Cash Approved and Amex 3x CLI!

I have been eyeing up the Citi Double Cash card for a while now as my everyday non-category card (I have an Amex BCP for groceries and gas). I went to Citi's online pre-qualified section, saw that I was pre-qualified, and bit the bullet and boom... Approved with a starting limit of $4,800! Just a little background, my scores are: TU-728, EQ-726, EX-748, my AAoA is a little over 3 years (I'm newer to the credit card game), I only have 1 inquiry on EQ and EX, and my income is ~$85k/year. 

I also read on somebody's post that Amex does a SP CLI of up to 3x, so I went straight over to Amex after and increased my limit on my BCP from $5,000 to $15,000! What a great day it was.
