Citi Double Cash Approved low SL $3k

Today I was going to apply for the costco citi card for personal use but I opted for the costco citi business card instead. I was approved for $14K for the business card. So I applied for the double cash and only received $3k I guess it isn't that great but I am in the door. The only other Citi card I has is a Bestbuy card opened back in OCT 16' the line is $2500.

Congrats on your appoval. $3k isn't terrible -- many get lowballed on the DC - and it can be a bit of a slow grower for some (myself included). That said, I got my first CLI ($1500) on day 65. It's a good card tho -- one of my faves.

You may have gotten a lower credit line because of the approval on the costco card as both are direct with Citi. Congratulations on getting both cards!

Congrats on the Citi DC! I have one and it's has been my daily driver often over the two years I've had it. I started with a $3100 SL and it's now at $11600. The nice thing is that they often do SPs for it. That's how mine has advanced. I also like that it's a World Elite, too.
