I first opened the Citi DC card in February of 2018 with a SL of $8,000.

First CLI (Soft Pull - August 2018): $2,000 increase, $10,000 total limit.
Second CLI (Soft Pull - February 2019): $3,000 increase, $13,000 total limit.

Data point: CLI approved the day after 6 months following my most recent CLI. I tried a few days earlier to see what would happen and got the "unable to increase" message because under 6 months. Both attempts, last week and today, were both soft pulls.

I used this card for all non-category spend more recently which could have accounted for the larger CLI increase this time.
