Citi Double Cash Instant Approval $7,000

Came out of the garden a little early, as I have about 6 inquiries on each CB. 1/2 are falling off my May of 2017, so I figured what the heck. I was surprised that I received a CL of $7,000, expected a much lower amount. Happy nonetheless. After 2 years responsible use of my credit, I am about $79,000 of available credit, see scores below. Thanks again to all on these forums that gave great advice and encouragement on my credit rebuild journey.

Starting Score: 550 (May 2014)

Current Score: EX:704, EQ:711, TU:706

Goal Score: 750 across the board

What's the timeline on those inquiries rolling off? Is it every 6 months one rolls off or is it a year? And is it from the time of application or time it reports on the CR?

I believe it rolls off two years from the date the inquiry was first made/shows up on CB which for me is usually same day. For instance inquiry made 9/1/2014 falls off CR 9/2016. It takes two years for them to fall completely off of CR but stops affecting your score after 1 year.

Congrats!!!!!! $7000 is a good starting limit.
