A couple of months ago I received a pre-approval mailer for the Citi Rewards Plus.  I had not checked the Citi prequal page in a while as it never had any offers.  I decided to check again after getting the mailer and was now prequalified to apply for the DC, Rewards Plus, and Simplicity with solid APR. 

I finally decided to apply for the DC and was instantly approved for $10,100 SL.  They double pulled (EX 676 and EQ 696).
