I've been thinking about the Citi Premier for a few weeks now, but I was on the fence since I was concerned that it might be too early due to getting the AR and BB&T cards back in July. I finally pulled the trigger last night and was promptly given the "we'll let you know" message. 
This morning I got an email that I was approved (along with the credit line), and I found the APR by checking the status link. It's not the best APR or the best credit line, but it will be sufficient for my modest needs (and certainly enough for meeting the spend requirement to get the 60K TYP bonus).
It's very likely I'll eventually PC this to a Rewards+. 
My Citi Double Cash (previously a Diamond Preferred) was opened with a credit line of $4k back in 2016, and it's now up to $15.7k using only SP CLIs so hopefully that will be the case with this one as well.
They did a HP on EQ, and I suspect EX as well (but not certain... my other Citi card was a EX/EQ double pull). My HPs are low (one on EQ, three on TU, two on EX) and scores are in the 780s.

Once you're in with Citi. The approvals for their other cards normally roll in pretty easy.😉
They don't seem too concerned with new accounts or inqs after that.
I have five CCs with them currently.
For some reason I normally have to chat with a UW before the app is finalized. lol
They never asked about current accounts. And only interested in verification of my identity.
Synchrony does me the same way now as well.
