I should get more useage out of it than what I do but I'm seemingly always doing better than its 3% categories on one of my other cards.

Internally Citi has my FICO score set at 824 in December, down from 832 in November.

Currently my highest credit card utilization is 83.1% (Discover). They have me in at 807 (down from 812).

Beat the system.
