I’m confident the starting limit had to do with Wells Fargo and Amex pulling my Experian Credit Report moments before Citi completed their inquiry. I might be wrong.
Citi pulled my Experian and Equifax Credit Report. My Experian FICO 9 Score was 706 (per the Wells Fargo). My Equifax FICO 9 Score was 732 (per the PenFed).
My UTL was 8%.
Income is 65k.
I also have a personal loan through Lending Club for 23k.
