Also for the 20th time I'll mention that the marketing department dropped the ball by naming it Simplicity and not SimpliCiti.
I was told Citibank "No longer allows reallocation of Credit Lines."
So I took a hard pull for a CLI to $10, had to wait 24 hours but I got the CL I wanted. Don't really like 2 HP but it worked.
