Was not going  to apply for this card but after looking at a trip to Disney in March it looked good I know I have to spend 3k in 3 months though

At least they wave the annual fee for first year just, I know AA is not merging now so hopefully they will keep afloat

A lot of sources still believe the merger will go thought, they even had a employee appreciation day yesterday at DFW which was joint with both companies.

Either way what I have read leads me to believe CITI will remain the issuer once the companies have merged

Congrats!  BTW the only thing blocking the merger is the DOJ and most analysts agree AA/US will merge.
