Citibank DC & PayPal Credit Approval

I was approved for the Citibank Double cash card ($2,400 SL) and PayPal credit ($3,750 SL). Citibank pulled EX (761) & EQ (769). I am still building my credit and this will be my third card (Currently have Cap1 Platinum, Chase Freedom). I recently had some denials and one pending card so I will probably be gardening for a while. Anyway I'm thrilled to be off to a good start building my revolving credit and I'm at $13,950 in available credit thus far. This forum has been so helpful and I am grateful.

Does anyone know if the PayPal Credit Lines are still "hidden" since the switch to Synchrony? Still seeing a lot of conflicting information.
