I killed my score a couple of months ago with an app spree. Then I got a Pre-Approval offer from Citizen's Bank. It seems a lot of people have been getting them lately so I wasn't that special. I thought I got one becuase I had recently opened a checking account with them to get a $300 bonus... lol

Score was probably low 700's if not lower.
$1,600 approval. Better than a denial.
Definitley done after this before the toy limits get out of control.

Smart. I believe that part of growing to higher credit lines is getting rid of those holding back your average, as well as leveraging higher limits against each other. Banks don't like to be first but they also don't like to fall behind their competition. Lol ...
