Just wanted to update and give some data points:
Comenity Monthly's
Express: now at 2550 balance 549 down from 815
Buckle: now at 2450 balance 0
Loft: now at 1500 balance 0
J Jill: now at 1100 balance 0
HSN : now at 1350 balance 0
Jcrew: now at 8250 (luv button 10x from 4250) last increase 4 months ago balance 0
Vickie: now at 2650 balance 0
Macys
Now at 1400 last increase was 4 months ago via online soft pull. This one I did via online, was told to call in asked for 1500 extra was given 400. I took it and again soft pull. 0 balance. Still in the garden. Reports are still frozen. Utl is at 7% or 8% down from 56%
1 baddie, collection for 1041 letting it fall off due to next year.

Wow, I thought Macy's was a heard pull to ask for a CLI! Is it really a soft pull?
Yeah I heard that too. Idk I guess its ymmv type thing. Ive requested 2 and didnt get it either time luckily 
Can only speak from my experience though.
