Costco Visa CLI

So I've only had the card for 2 statement cycles, and my current statement doesn't "close" for another 2ish weeks. I originally got approved for $4100 when I applied for the card back on April 24th. Today I saw the CLI button on my account and it had the "Soft Pull" language that I read about on here. So I decided why not, thinking I'd be denied since it hasn't even been 90 days. The automatically approved me and increased my limit to $5600. I'm shocked.

I'm curious about a few things though:

1. how often between approvals should I wait before requesting another increase?
2. Should I wait for Citi to do automatic reviews instead?
3. I've read on here that CITI auto increases tend be a lot higher than manually requested ones, is that true?
