I got denied due to BK for this.  I can't seem to get anything Chase, Citi and AMEX.

Hmmm...how long post BK are you, or were you when you applied?  I did not IIB Citi or AMEX so I think that, and my income, helped me with those approvals.  With Chase, it was just an understanding person on the other line during my recon.

I would definitely agree with the professionalism of the Chase recon people.  I've tried to recon a decline with Citi to no avail.  Chase asked a lot more pointed questions, but they still approved me when they had plenty of reasons not to.
