I guess I'm just the Rodney Dangerfield of our household! It took me 2 1/2 years to get my first CLI on my Discover card, but DW got one in Dec of 2020 and has gotten 3 CLIs and not my 18 year old daughter has now gotten a $1000 auto CLI on her card at the 6th statement! 🤷♂️🙈
In all seriousness, I think the onset of the pandemic kept me from getting one for so long, but Disco has opened up the purse strings in the last year. I'm really proud of DD - she has handled her finances great and now has a 763 F8 Transunion score.
I honestly would have never known to make her an AU on my cards when she was 16 without the help of the forum. I've now done that with my son, and will do that with my youngest as well.
