Thanks. It was a surprise considering that last year she applied for a loan and as well as the card and the loan was approved but the card was not. Not much has changed on her credit file but second time was the charm.
It really is hard to figure out creditors some times. One minute its a decline, the next an approval under seemingly the same set of conditions. Certainly better than 2X being declined.
